Who you’re hiring
Hey, y'all! I'm Matt. For years I built the behind-the-scenes parts of other people’s products, the stuff customers never see but notice right away when it breaks.
ZydeCode is me doing that work directly for you. You talk straight to the person building your thing, in plain English, before launch and after.
I build things I’d want to use myself. Silly Beach puts a local volleyball league’s schedule and standings on your phone. Beau, the robot I built, keeps what he sees and hears inside the house. I’ll be just as picky about yours.
What I build
Most projects are one of these. If yours is a mix, that’s normal. We’ll scope it together.
Product builds
Maybe it’s an idea on paper, maybe a prototype that stalled. I build the first release and get it in front of real customers.

If your team runs on spreadsheets and copy-paste, mistakes slip in quietly. I turn that daily workflow into a tool your team can trust.

I’ve built custom business systems and automated the busywork around them.
Systems and support
For the things that can’t go down, like the site taking your orders or the app your customers use every day. I find the weak spots and fix them before they cost you.
Good fit if: When something breaks, you lose money or customers.

Web apps
The league’s schedule lives on a registration site that’s hard to read on a phone. Silly Beach pulls it in so players can see when and where they play next, and how their team stacks up.
It grew from there. Players can follow their friends, keep score courtside, run tournaments, and check the weather at the courts before they head out.
How it works
We get on a call and figure out what you actually need built, and just as important, what you don’t.
You get a short fixed-cost plan covering what ships, what it costs, and when. Nothing gets built until you’ve approved it.
You see working software early and often, and you click around in it yourself instead of reading status updates.
It goes live documented and fully yours, and you can run it without me. That’s the point.
