that work.

I build web apps, dashboards, games, and the infrastructure underneath. Oh, and the occasional robot. One person who can plan it, build it, wire it together, and keep it running.

Not sure? Write it out below, or grab a quick call. Either works.

/ what I build

Three kinds of work

Most projects are one of these. If yours is a mix, that’s usually a sign you want one person across all of it.

U1 / Product builds

Launch your product

An idea on paper, or a prototype that stalled. I build the first release: stable, focused, and ready for real customers.

Good fit if: You want a single developer to own the first release, not an agency to wrangle.

Backed by a live multi-tenant SaaS and a production cross-platform mobile app.

U2 / Internal systems

Custom tailored tooling

Spreadsheets and copy-paste create quiet mistakes. I turn that daily workflow into a tool your team can trust.

Good fit if: You’ve outgrown fragile spreadsheets and the one person who knows the workaround.

Backed by custom ERP and workflow automation builds.

U3 / Connected infrastructure

Keep it running

For systems that cannot go down: APIs, cloud pipelines, or edge hardware. I connect the parts, close the weak spots, and keep operations quiet.

Good fit if: Downtime, broken integrations, or failing hardware directly impact your revenue.

Backed by edge-AI robotics work and a bare-metal infrastructure stack.

X1 / Offline-first mobile apps

SideQuest: A location-based mobile game

The hard part. Synchronizing game states and player locations across iOS and Android devices, keeping players in sync even when cellular signals drop out.

What it proves. I build apps that handle the real world. If a user loses signal in an elevator or on a backroad, the app queues the data and syncs up when they find a bar of service again, without crashing.

The principle. Built to respect the player: no dark patterns, no pay-to-win, works offline.

/ how it works

From first call to live

  1. 01

    Discover

A call and a few sharp questions. We uncover what you actually need to build, carving out noise and budget waste early.

  2. 02

    Scope

A short, fixed-cost plan: what ships, what it costs, when it lands. You approve the target before any code is written.

  3. 03

    Build

Full transparency throughout the process. You click and test working software early and often. Real builds, not status decks.

  4. 04

    Ship

Documented, clean, and fully yours. It goes live, and you run it without me. That’s the point.

Who you’re hiring

One person who builds it and keeps it running

Hey, y'all! I'm Matt. For years I built the parts of other people’s products that users never see but feel the second they break. The data models, the integrations, and the jobs that have to run at 3am, I do it all.

ZydeCode is me doing that work directly. For people who’d rather hire one experienced builder than stand up a team.

The same standard goes into everything: a robot that keeps your data in your own house, a review platform that won’t fake a rating, a game with no dark patterns. I build things I’d want to live with, and you get that same judgment pointed at your project.
